About Nasser El Sonbaty

Nasser El Sonbaty was the IFBB professional bodybuilder. He born in Germany and died in Egypt. His father is from Egypt and mother belongs to Serbia. He had a degree of graduation in history, political science and sociology. He done his graduation from University Of Augsburg. Including Nasser had 2 brothers and 2 sisters. He began training in 1983. He take part in his first competition in 1985 in Junior Championship in Germany. In that competition he came to 6th place. His first appearance in the Mr Olympia brought him on 7th place in the year 1994. He competed in many different events including 53 appearances in IFBB competitions. He qualify for 10 times consecutively for the Mr Olympia competition and his best placing in Mr Olympia competition was 2nd place in the year 1997. He was well known for his posing routine by wearing spectacles. People gave him the nick name 'The Professor' because of his ability to speak several languages. He died on 20th March, 2013 during while he was sleeping.
