About Darrem Charles

Darrem Charles is a retired professional bodybuilder, winner of many competition and participated in different movies like 'The Battle For The Olympia III' (1998) and 'Battle For The Olympia VI' (2001). He has the great size of arm measuring 22'' which makes his forearm look smaller. His first professional competition was in 1989 which was 'Trinidad Invitational Natural, Light-Heavyweight contest and he won it overall. And in the year 1992 he took part in his first IFBB competition which was at the Night Of Champions. After three years he participated in his first Arnold Classic competition. Darrem is now officially retired from professional bodybuilding. He served more than 2 decades in the sport. He said that because of this I change my life style and relying heavily on natural diet which is good for me.
