About Jay Cutler
The name Jay Cutler is not unknown to us. From the age of 11 he worked with his brother in the concrete construction business. He began his training at the age of 18 at Wachusett Regional High School. His first competition was the 1992 Gold's Gym Worcester Bodybuilding Championships and ranked 2nd in that event. He is the 4 times Mr Olympia beating the great Ronnie Coleman in the 2006 Mr Olympia competition. He had at that time 58" of chest, 34" of waist, 19.5" of neck, 22.5" of arms and 33" of thighs. He won the title in 2006, 2007, 2009 and 2010. In 2008 he is beaten by Dexter Jackson and that was the only title Dexter holds until now. After losing against Dexter Jay work harder, according to him he workout as much as were he exercise in the days while he faced Ronnie. So working hard and eating large gives the key of success back to jay and he regain his title in 2009 and won it again in the next year. He is only the third person along with Arnold Schwarzenegger and Franco Columbu to win the title in non-consecutive year. He is very popular among the other bodybuilders because of his videos. He made many videos on workout of different body parts, video about the life of Jay Cutler in which you can see the life style of him that how he live, shopping, eat and train. There is also the video named as one day in the life of Jay Cutler in which he shows his house, cars probably the shiny side of what he made out of bodybuilding.

He is mostly known for his monster back which led him to the win against Ronnie Coleman in 2006. He also won the Arnold Classic consecutively in 2002, 2003 and 2004. Before winning his first title he placed 2nd to Ronnie 4 times. In 2010 he beat the current Mr Olympia Phil Heath. In 2011 he was defeated by Phil. Sadly he did not able to compete in 2012 Olympia because of his bicep injury. In 2013 he competed and placed 6th. Currently he is not competing in the Mr Olympia competition as he announces his retirement after 2013 Mr Olympia. Now a days he is running his own different brands of proteins named as Cutler Nutrition and shirts.
