When ever anybody hear the word bodybuilding the first name usually and more often comes to mind is Arnold Schwarzenegger. Without any doubt he is the best bodybuilder in the world. He won the Mr Olympia title 6 times from 1970 to 1975 and in 1980. Even his competitors praises about his fantastic body and ability to pose with an ease. Lou Ferrigno is one of his competitor with a great physique but unfortunately he never won the title. Many of the modern bodybuilders appreciate Arnold because of what he did for their sport but few of them because of their eccentric personality think that he is not that good.
